We hope you’re very happy with your purchase, but if it doesn’t meet your expectations then you are welcome to return or exchange it, providing it has not been used, is in its original packaging and is in a re-saleable condition. If the item you received is faulty or not as described then we will cover the return postage charges, otherwise you will need to pay these yourself.

We recommend that you get a proof of posting and please include a note with your name, contact number, order number, reason for returning the item and whether you would like a refund or a replacement.
Bespoke and made to measure beds and mattresses cannot be returned, and our showroom team will discuss this with you when placing your order.
