Natural Pocket Sprung Childrens Mattresses
Our natural pocket sprung childrens mattresses are designed to grow with your child. It is recommended that younger children sleep on something firm and flat (such as our Coco Mat) - however, as they grow, some children prefer a more forgiving mattress. Our flippable pocket sprung childrens mattresses are designed with these little ones in mind, featuring two independent layers of support that develop with your child as their preferences change.
Our childrens pocket sprung mattresses are made from everything you’d expect of a Naturalmat Baby mattress, with the addition of miniature pocket springs nested in cotton pockets - delivering all the benefits of natural fibres with the feel of a pocket sprung mattress. Once your child is a little older, simply flip the mattress to reveal a softer latex foam side.
Our natural pocket sprung childrens mattresses are dreamily comfortable, wonderfully breathable and tremendously sustainable. You’ll find no sweaty plastics, synthetic foams, VOCs, or any other chemicals whatsoever. We’ve swapped these out for supremely comfortable natural materials like our locally-sourced organic lambswool, certified organic coir and natural latex foam.
Our pocket sprung mattresses feature a quilted cover made from a blend of wool & cotton - woven tightly in such a way that our covers are naturally fireproof, with no need for synthetic FR treatment. Likewise, our covers are finished with an OEKO-tex certified, plant-based geraniol treatment to make them bed-bug and dust-mite resistant - perfect for children with allergies. Better for them, better for the planet.
