Appointments are online or face to face in Bristol. The first session is focused on building a picture of how your sleep is now, what the problem is, how you want it to be different, then coming up with a plan for action. This lasts around an hour.
Follow up appointments are focused on putting the plan into action, through sleep education, goal-setting, exploring motivation factors, behaviour change, certain evidence-based techniques for sleep, and managing unhelpful thoughts that interfere with rest. Depending on the goal and the sleep issue, there would typically be 3-6 follow up sessions.
All sessions are £80.
