It’s simple really. We stuff them full of lovely natural fibres and leave out the nasty synthetic foams and plastics you’ll find elsewhere. We use the finest organic and natural materials, carefully selected for their sleep-enhancing properties.

Locally sourced organic wool provides superior temperature control and is naturally hypoallergenic

A supple, natural alternative to synthetic foam, made from the sap of the Hevea rubber tree
3. Organic Coir
Coconut husk fibres, coiled and combined with natural latex. A breathable layer of support and spring
4. Pocket Springs
Hand-nested pocket springs in individual cotton covers, for a more traditional sleep experience

Our Natural Fibre mattresses are filled with layers of natural, organic fibres and have a firmer, denser feel, whilst our Pocket Sprung mattresses add a core of springs and are softer & bouncier.

Clever Covers
In the UK there are strict fire safety standards that mattresses must pass before they can be sold. The majority of manufacturers achieve this certification by treating their products with chemical fire retardants, but this never sat right with us. So we developed a unique covering fabric, woven with a blend of organic cotton and wool, that met the safety requirements without the need for any chemicals whatsoever.
We are also the only mattress manufacturer to add a hypoallergenic finishing process to our covers. We treat them with an Oeko-Tex certified geraniol treatment to guarantee protection from dust mites and bed bugs - perfect for allergy sufferers, whose conditions are often triggered by these unwelcome bedfellows.
