If you purchase a mattress from us and you're not totally happy with it, just let us know within 45 days of receiving it and we’ll find one that works better.
We recommend you sleep on your new mattress for at least two-weeks to allow your body to get used to it, but if you still don't love it after that then our experienced sleep consultants will be happy to discuss the issues you’re having and advise you on a different mattress to try. We will do our utmost to ensure you have a great night's sleep on a Naturalmat mattress - that is our promise to you.
To do this we are happy to exchange your mattress for a different type or tension. The only cost to you will be a contribution to cover collection of the old mattress and delivery of your new one, which is typically around £75 depending on your location.
If you choose a higher priced mattress you will need to pay the balance, and if you choose a less expensive mattress we will refund you the difference.
