We appreciate that buying a mattress or a bed is a considered purchase so we have partnered with two reputable finance providers to help you spread the cost - Klarna and Novuna.
Klarna

Allows you to spread the total cost of orders up to £1500 across 3 equal interest-free payments.

Is there a minimum deposit?

No, with Klarna there is no minimum deposit. If you choose "Pay in Three" at checkout, you will pay 1/3 of the order total at the point of purchase, with the 2nd and 3rd payments automatically taken every 30 days from the same card you used to check out.

Are there any product exclusions?

No, with Klarna, you can purchase any products available online. You can place your order via our website, over the phone or by visiting one of our showrooms.

Does it affect my credit score?

Klarna performs a 'soft credit check' when you use it as a payment method, which does not affect your credit score, however, failure to pay on time might affect your ability to obtain credit in the future from Klarna and other lenders.

Can I cancel my order?

If the order hasn't been delivered yet, yes, you can cancel your order. Klarna will pay back any money already taken directly into the card used to checkout. Naturalmat cannot refund the funds directly, and the refund wil come from Klarna in accordance with their processing times.

If you would like to return your order after receiving it, you must do so in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Can I change the card used for payments?

You can manage the cards used for payments in the Klarna App. If you need any assistance, please contact Klarna directly.


Novuna Interest Free Finance

Allows you to spread the total cost of orders between £1,500 and £10,000 over 6, 8 or 10 months, interest-free.

How does Novuna Interest Free Finance work?

Novuna is available for both in-store and online orders over £1500. Applying for finance couldn't be easier or more convenient. You can choose whether to spread your payments over 6, 8 or 10-months, and your first monthly payment will be charged one month after your order is delivered.

For Online Orders

  • For online orders, proceed to the Checkout page. You will see Novuna listed as one of the payment options. This will take you to the Novuna application form, and once this is completed, your order will be placed, and you will receive an order confirmation email from us as well as confirmations from Novuna about your finance agreement.

For Showroom or Phone Orders

  • For showroom or phone orders, please let our team know you would like to pay using Novuna. They will email you a link which will take you to our online Checkout, where you will see Novuna as a payment option. The good thing about this method is you don’t have to stand in-store and complete the application, you can do it at your leisure once you’ve returned home.

You will be required to pay a minimum deposit of 15% when you place your order, although you can choose to pay more.

The whole process only takes a few minutes and is simple and secure. Once your finance application is approved, you will then be advised of how to sign the finance agreement and you will also receive an email confirming these details.

Please read the agreement carefully checking that all the details are correct, then sign it electronically in the highlighted boxes. 

Following receipt of your finance agreement your order will enter our production and be dispatched in accordance with our standard delivery lead times.

Does it affect my credit score?

Once you submit your application, Novuna will carry out a credit check as part of the assessment process. This may leave a record on your credit file, visible to other lenders in the future.

Credit scoring is the process used by financial services companies to evaluate the credit risk of new applicants. This technique will be applied to your application for online finance. Credit scoring works by awarding points for each answer given on the application form such as age, income and occupation, together with information obtained from credit reference agencies.

This information allows consistent decisions to be provided, ensuring all applicants are treated fairly. Credit scoring does not discriminate on the grounds of sex, race, religion or disability.

Can I cancel my order?

Naturally, we hope you are very happy with your purchase but if, for whatever reason, you need to cancel your order whilst it is still in production, we ask that you notify us immediately on bedroom@naturalmat.co.uk or 0208 090 2845.

If you would like to cancel your finance but keep your order, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement you entered into with Novuna for a period of 14 days beginning on the day after the agreement starts. Please contact Novuna directly on 0344 375 5500 to notify them.

My application was declined. Can Naturalmat help?

Unfortunately, no. We cannot influence the decisions made by Novuna. Please contact Novuna directly on 0344 375 5500 to discuss your application.

Can I exchange my mattress under the '45 Days Sleep Promise'?

Yes, you can exchange your mattress under our 45 Days Sleep Promise.

We ask that you contribute to cover collection of the old mattress and delivery of your new one, which is typically around £75 depending on your location. This will need to be paid via credit or debit card and cannot be added to your finance agreement.

If during the exchange process, you swap for a mattress that costs less than the one you bought originally, we will ask Novuna to adjust your finance agreement.

If the new mattress costs more than the original, it is simpler if you pay the difference via credit or debit card. If you would prefer to pay the extra on finance, then a new finance application will need to be submitted for the whole order.

Can I delay delivery of my order?

If you pay for your order using finance then there is a limit to how long you can delay delivery of your order. This is because the finance agreement must be completed, with all payments made, within 12-months of the date you place your order.
