Sound Bath Meditation Session

Sound Bath Meditation

We invite you to a very special sound bath hosted by Yelena of ZenCave at our showroom in Knutsford. These sessions will guide you into a calm, balanced & relaxed state of being through a meditative bath using vibrations produced by different instruments such as crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, ocean drums, koshi chimes and crystal harps.

Date: Friday, 13th December & Friday, 24th January
Time: 18:00 - 19:30
Duration: 1.5 hours
Price: £10.00 for a single camping mat, £20.00 for a King size bed
