Do you ship to Europe?
For the best possible price to ship to any country in the European Union, we would require you to provide your VAT number (your National Insurance Number or the equivalent in your country) and/or an EORI number (Economic Operators Registrations and Identification number).
Please note: EORI numbers are only available for business owners.
By having either your VAT and/or EORI number (or both if you are a business) we would be able to provide the lowest shipping quote possible. All taxes and duties for your order would be payable upon goods arriving at Customs and would be in addition to the shipping quote we provide.
Please note: Naturalmat will not be responsible for any costs incurred at customs due to delays in communications between you, the customer, and the local customs office.
Final tax and duties costs may vary and you may be asked to settle the balance before the goods are released from customs.
In the event that the goods are not delivered, due to no fault of Naturalmat, the shipping costs will not be refunded for all international deliveries.

Without the VAT or EORI number, the shipping quotes we can obtain for you will be DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) and will include an estimate of the taxes and duties paid upon receipt of goods in your country.

For all international mattress and furniture orders, we offer a kerbside delivery as standard.
In the event that the goods are not delivered, due to no fault of Naturalmat, the shipping costs will not be refunded.

For the best possible price to ship to the Rest of the World (including United States of America), we would require you to provide details of your customs broker.
If you do not have a customs broker, the shipping quotes we can obtain for you will be DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) and will include an estimate of the taxes and duties paid upon receipt of goods in your country.

We can deliver to any country in the world by request, and these deliveries will be charged at cost. As each consignment is a different size we will haggle for the best price before contacting you with delivery options.
