When can I expect collection?
We will collect your old mattress when delivering your new one. Our current delivery time for mattresses is 4-6 weeks. We will give you a call to arrange the best time for your delivery & collection.

How does my mattress get to me?
Our mattresses are delivered by our own two man team who will take it up to your bedroom and get it all set up. We deliver our mattresses in reusable duffel bags (rather than plastic) which we will then take away again.

What happens to my old mattress?
Through our partners, it will either be recycled, or if it’s in good condition it will be cleaned and donated to charity.
