Because we are a small business with limited delivery capacity, unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date. Our vans may only be in your area one day per week, so if that day doesn’t work for you, we may have to deliver at a later date.
We plan our delivery runs to be as sustainable as possible, meaning each van is as full as possible, and the routes taken are as efficient as they can be.
Our logistics planner Morwenna will email you a proposed weekday delivery date and time slot at least 7 days before your delivery is due. Please look out for an email from her in your inbox.
