How do I reschedule my booked delivery?

We understand that sometimes a last minute change of plans might mean you can't receive your delivery as planned.

If you need to reschedule a delivery, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible. Rescheduling of a booked delivery with 48 hours notice or less will incur a £50.00 rescheduling charge.

Because we are a small business and deliver with our own two-man team, we have limited delivery availability. We will be able to re-book your delivery a minimum of 2 working weeks after your original delivery date. £20.00 per week storage charge will apply to any rescheduled orders.

To reschedule your delivery, please reply to the delivery booking confirmation email from our logistics planner Morwenna.

For example, if your delivery was planned for W/C 22nd September and you contact us on 2nd September (3 weeks notice) to delay your delivery by 5 weeks, you will be charged 5 weeks of Storage fees only.
