Delivery

All Naturalmat mattresses are hand-made in Devon. It does take longer to produce our lovely mattresses and beds than other high-volume synthetic alternatives, but we always aim to get products to you as soon as we can. We also make every effort to keep you informed about your delivery, every step of the way.

Everyone hates extra charges, which is why, wherever we can, we don't charge delivery, even for our whopping Emperor mattresses. If we can't quite reach you from our Devon HQ we do sometimes need help with the costs. The below table is a guide to our delivery charges.

Where we deliver

Due to a number of circumstances we are currently only able to take orders to delivery locations outside of mainland UK (including Northern Ireland) by email (at bedroom@naturalmat.co.uk) or by phone (01392 877247) at which point we will supply you with a custom delivery quote. 

Please bear in mind that shipping costs are changing daily due to the current worldwide situation and the delivery quote provided will be an estimated cost as increases might occur once the shipment is ready to be booked.

For shipments to Spain please contact us as we have a local agent.

We can deliver to any country in the world by request, and these deliveries will be charged at cost. As each consignment is a different size we will haggle for the best price before contacting you with delivery options. For orders to Europe Zone A & B - if you would like to order a combination of mattresses and furniture, please do get in touch and we will provide a custom delivery price quote.

Please note you may be required to pay International customs duties on receipt of your order.

For all International mattress and furniture orders, we offer a kerbside delivery as standard.

There may be exceptions to our delivery times in certain unforeseen circumstances and whenever this is likely to happen we contact you as early as we can to discuss options.
