Delivery to the majority of the UK is free of charge for all orders of £50 and over, and £5 for orders under this amount.
For adult bed, headboard, bed base and mattress deliveries to certain areas in Scotland that are harder for us to reach from Devon, we charge an extra £150 to help cover our costs. This applies to the following postcodes: AB, DD, FK, HS, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, ZE.
In the event that we are unable to make your delivery due to access issues, or no one is available to take delivery at the pre agreed time, a re-delivery charge of £75.00 will apply and our team requires a minimum of 2 weeks to reschedule your delivery. Storage charges of £20.00 per week will apply to any rescheduled deliveries.
Access Considerations
If your mattress, bed or headboard doesn't fit up the stairs, around corners, through doors we will work with you to adjust or remake items, but there will be additional costs for doing this. The scale of these costs will depend on what needs to be done, and while we keep them to the bare minimum, in some cases, we may have no option but to start again. Please, therefore, make quite sure the item you order will fit through the access available. If in doubt, call us on 01392 877 247 to discuss. The redelivery costs outlined above will also apply, and a new lead time will be given.
