Our delivery team will take all possible care when delivering your mattress and bed to the room of your choice. In preparation for your delivery, we kindly ask that the path to your bedroom is clear.
Please remove any fragile items (vases, statues, console tables) and artwork from the walls, especially in narrow hallways and up the staircase.
Our delivery teams are required to wear work boots for their own safety while delivering and installing your bed and mattress. If you are worried about the possibility of dirt or marks on your floor or carpets, we recommend covering them prior to your delivery with dust sheets or flooring protection.
Once your bed and mattress is installed, our delivery team will take away our reusable delivery bags.
