What is a zip and link mattress?
Simply put, a Zip & Link mattress is a mattress which has been made in two parts and linked together with a zip. To find out more, read this handy blog post!
How much does delivery cost?
Everyone hates extra charges, which is why, wherever we can, we don't charge delivery. If we can't quite reach you from our Devon HQ we do sometimes need help with the costs.
What are your current delivery lead times?
At Naturalmat we make all of our mattresses, beds and a portion of our bedding to order. As a result our delivery times vary by product type.
Where are your showrooms located?
In the UK you can find our showrooms in London, Dorking, Knutsford, Cotswolds, Devon, and Cornwall. We also have showrooms in Iceland, Spain, and Portugal.
I would like to order fabric samples. Do you offer these?
We do indeed! You can browse our fabrics and order free samples here.
Do you offer a mattress trial period?
We want you to sleep wonderfully on your Naturalmat mattress for years and years to come. If you purchase a mattress from us, but feel it’s not quite right, just let us know within 45 days and we’ll find something that works better.
