Why Organic Wool?
We’re especially proud of our organic wool, which comes from sheep grazing the lush, green fields of the west country, all local to our purpose-built workshop on the banks of the River Exe. A local natural resource, for a locally made product.
The wool is directly sourced from local wool farmers in Devon, Dorset and Cornwall that are organic certified to GOTS standards by either the Soil Association or Organic Farmers & Growers. Buying direct from farmers means we are able to pay a premium of at least 30% more for their wool than if they went through standard market auctions, in recognition of what we believe is their true value.
Our wool is exceptionally comfortable and a wonderful insulator, almost magically trapping heat when you need it and dispersing it when you don’t. It is also naturally fire-retardant and antimicrobial, making it free of chemicals and dust-mites, for the most natural night’s sleep you’ve ever had.

Organic Wool
Organic wool is used in many of our mattress toppers, but in the Frome Topper is it the star of the show.
The thin profile of this supportive topper (only 2.5cm) still provides maximum comfort and breathability.
This slimline topper is an ideal addition to a mattress that is causing night time overheating, putting a natural barrier between your body and the mattress to prevent overheating when you sleep.
Natural Latex
The Bovey is our firmest mattress topper, made entirely from natural latex and covered in our naturally fire retardant, unbleached herringbone covers.
This firm natural latex mattress topper offers great support and a sturdy barrier between you and your mattress. Natural latex is created from the sap of the Hevea rubber tree, providing a springy and supportive alternative to synthetic foams.
Recycled Denim
A cushy top layer addition to any mattress - The Trendy Topper is made from recycled denim and locally sourced organic lambswool.
This mattress topper is lighter yet still supportive. As with all our toppers, their primary design is to complement the feel of the mattress and enhance it to best suit your needs. Each clever combination of fibres in our toppers adds its own feel and must be tried to find the perfect fit.
Duck Down
Float off to sleep on a cloud of duck feathers and down. Our Traditional Topper is the softest mattress topper in our range.
