The Sumptuous Mattress

Visited the Exeter showroom and was greeted by Ishwari, who was excellent and took the time to go over our requirements to make sure we got exactly what we needed. New mattress arrived on time as promised, felt a little firmer than the showroom one initially, but after around 4 weeks has softened slightly and is now just right! Bit more expensive than others, but you definitely get what you pay for with both service and product. Go and see them, you won’t regret it!

I spent a good amount of time at Naturalmat shop trying out beds and was torn between soft and medium. We ended up going for soft Sumptuous and it has been lovely. I realised I'd spent most of my life sleeping on slightly too firm mattresses. As a side sleeper the combination of some softness while still providing good support is ideal.

I don't think I've experienced better service than in the Knutsford showroom. The space and set up is brilliant and so well thought out. Louise was friendly and helpful and achieved the perfect balance of providing information and leaving us to try the mattresses out and browse around the shop. There is no aggressive hard sell here like there is in so many other places. I only wish every shopping trip for big items could be like this! And that other companies were so people and planet conscious.

We both love the mattress, it is very comfortable, we have great nights sleep on it and it is warm too. I'm very happy we bought it and wouldn't hesitate to buy another one.

From the moment we stepped foot in the Chiswick Showroom we experienced such wonderful service. Explaining the types of mattresses and different materials, to spending a good amount of time testing out the beds which is no mean feat with two young children. It was important to me to buy an organic mattress using natural materials. When we ordered the mattress the production team were so accommodating when we needed to delay delivery, and on the day the bed arrived the delivery guys were so friendly and helpful. The bed itself is everything we hoped it to be and the quality and craftsmanship is evident. I loved our old mattress, as a side sleeper it was so supportive, but it was long overdue replacing (20 years) and we are so happy we chose Naturalmat.

Initially we were shopping for any mattress that would fit our emperor size bed, which was real hard work & pretty stressful at times. I hadn’t heard of Naturalmat previously so when I found them online we soon popped into their Topsham showroom to discuss our options! The showroom staff were amazing, listened to every question we had and offered their best advice to our conundrums. We decided to take some time to think it over as it is a large purchase but we’re so glad we did! I’ve never slept so well. The delivery was seamless, delivery staff utterly amazing also & took our old mattress away to be recycled and used elsewhere. We are definitely now a lifetime customer.
